Termes and conditons

   A deposit of 30% is required on booking, with the balance one month before the date of sailing. If you have to cancel we will make every effort to find a replacement, in which case the money you have paid will be returned.

  We reserve the right to cancel any cruise. If this proves necessary any money you have paid will be refunded. We will not be responsible for any delay due to weather conditions, or curtailment due to operational reasons beyond our control.

  It is a condition that all guests should be reasonably fit for a voyage in a sailing vessel, and free from medical disabilities which would affect their ability to take part in such a voyage.

  The decision of the skipper, or in his absence his delegated representative will be final. All matters arising from cruises shall be subject to French law and jurisdiction.

  If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know. Vegetarian meals are always available, but it helps to know how many we are catering for when ordering supplies for the cruise, and any other requirements which may require special arrangements.

  The majority of cruises have no fixed itinerary, which is often the best way to go sailing. We normally head either south to the Channel Islands and Brittany or west along the coast towards Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The weather, and particularly the direction of the wind, is the main determining factor - we go with the flow as far as possible!

  For reasons of safety and comfort, the skipper has the responsibility of taking the final decision on destinations, based on conditions at the time.

  The price of cruises includes all meals, fuel, harbour dues and insurance. Although insurance includes cover for injury and loss of life, guests are recommended to have their own insurance against cancellation, medical expenses etc.
